Training participants! It was a BEAUTIFUL facilitator training event last week (look at those SMILES!). Women joining us from all four UK nations; women's centre staff, IDVAs, police officers, addiction specialists, early help workers, a health visitor team, those supporting women who were sexually abused as children and domestic abuse outreach and refuge staff. Course Participants Last week, we had our final Own My Life training of 2025, and what a glorious week it was! One participant said the training had been like a "magical holiday". Last week it was our November Faciltator Training. We had a glorious week together. Some participants were from organisations that already run Own My Life courses, one of them told us, "A recent attendee shared she had been struggling with her mental health and was suicidal but made a commitment to herself she would attend each week and show up for herself.
