Own My Life CEO Natalie Collins to Speak at Free Film Screening and Special Event in Stirling

The powerful and awards nominated documentary Lover Liar Predator, which explores men's grooming, sexual abuse and coercive control is coming to Stirling this December, with Own My Life CEO Natalie Collins joining the event as a guest speaker.
We’re delighted to share news of an important upcoming event in Stirling, where our CEO, Natalie Collins, will be speaking as part of a special free screening of Lover, Liar, Predator.
Taking place on Saturday 5 December 2026, from 6pm to 9pm, at Creative Stirling, the event forms part of Forth Valley’s 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
Lover, Liar, Predator tells the powerful and deeply troubling story of four women - Jenni, Natalie, Shannon and Robyn - who independently discover that they have all been abused by the same man, serial predator Aaron Swan.
Rather than remaining silent, the women come together to share their experiences and speak out.
The screening offers a valuable opportunity to hear their stories and reflect on the harm abusers cause, the impact of men's coercive control, the importance of listening to and believing women, and the power of sisterhood and solidarity.
Following the film, Natalie and others will be available for a Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to hear directly from those featured in the documentary and take part in a wider conversation.
Creating space for conversations that matter
At Own My Life, we know how important it is to help people understand how abusers operate, challenge the societal attitudes that enable abusers, and create spaces where women are heard and understood.
Events like this help bring these conversations into our communities. They offer opportunities to learn, reflect, challenge misconceptions and strengthen our collective commitment to ending gender-based violence.
We are proud that Natalie will be contributing to this important event and hope that people across Stirling and the wider Forth Valley area will take the opportunity to come along.
