Own My Life Now Available in Polish!

We’re absolutely thrilled to share some wonderful news — Own My Life is now available in Polish!
Our life-changing course, which supports women to regain ownership of their lives after being subjected to abuse, can now reach even more women through this beautiful new translation.
This incredible project includes all thirty of our exclusive videos, which unpack complex trauma concepts and explore the realities women face in society — now fully accessible in Polish. Alongside this, we’ve translated our 200-page Own My Story learning journal, packed with knowledge, reflections, and empowering tools to help women understand, heal, and move forward with confidence.
All Polish-language materials can be found on our e-Hub, where course facilitators will discover a dedicated Polish section complete with printable support resources. Our counter-parenting and safety planning materials are also now available in Polish — and are completely free to access from our website (see HERE).
To celebrate this exciting milestone, our founder and CEO Natalie Collins sat down with Edyta Larsen, our brilliant Polish translator, and Monika Labich, an experienced Own My Life facilitator who can now offer courses in Polish. We’re over the moon that Polish women can now own their lives in their mother tongue!
These materials open up new possibilities for women in the UK, Ireland, and beyond to access:
English-language courses with access to a Polish journal and videos (led by an English-speaking facilitator), or
Polish-language courses exclusively for Polish women, led by a Polish-speaking facilitator.
We’re delighted that Monika Labich can offer freelance online facilitation for organisations who would like to provide Polish-language Own My Life courses to the women they support.
While our facilitator training is currently available only in English, we’re eager to explore future opportunities to bring Own My Life to Polish organisations working with women in Poland and across the globe.
