October 2024 Own My Life Training

It was another glorious Own My Life facilitator training last week. There was lots of wonderful feedback from participants, here is what some of them said:

✊🏾 Own My Life has not only changed my own values and how I look at my past trauma but has given me a new way to work with the women that I support in my job role . I have always secretly been a feminist but I feel like i am strong enough now to talk about my opinions around feminism. ✊🏾
