Filia is a UK feminist organisation. We were delighted to be featured in their most recent podcast episode.

Filia's next annual conference will be in Glasgow and so Own My Life creator Natalie Collins contributed to the podcast episode alongside Scottish domestic abuse service, Border Women's Aid (BWA). Catherine and Danielle from BWA shared their experiences; Catherine as an Own My Life facilitator and Danielle, as both a previous course participant and now as a volunteer facilitator alongside Catherine. We had a great time talking with Filia's Sally Jackson about how Own My Life is enabling women to take back ownership of their lives.
