Police Bursary Training

The bursary training place applies only to those who will deliver Own My Life within a Police context.

Training courses are available each month from June 2026 until June 2027 inclusive and you can choose the dates to suit you and those training.

Training will be 9.30am - 4.30pm. Training participants must be available for all of this time; ideally working from home or in an office space with minimal interruptions. They must participate via Zoom on a laptop or desktop computer and have their camera on for the majority of the time.

All organisations must sign up to our Expectations of Sisterhood as part of training participation.

If you book a free place and then do not attend, we will charge your organisation the full cost of the training, currently £600. You can move your booking to an alternative date if spaces are available, with at least 14 days’ notice before the first day of the training. There will be a £25 admin charge for this.

We are currently developing our Police support systems, so further requirements for delivering Own My Life courses in a police context will be provided by end of May 2027. Adherence to these will be required in order to deliver Own My Life in a police context.
