Expectations of Sisterhood

We are committed to ensuring that every woman who accesses the Own My Life course has a life-changing, positive experience, which aligns with our core values and principles. To ensure this, we have developed our Expectations of Sisterhood which encompass how trainees and their organisations engage with us and includes their ongoing commitment to delivering the course well. Our Expectations include information for before training, during training and once organisations start running the course. There's a Facilitator Agreement for practitioners to sign during training and a Service Delivery Agreement for organisations to sign when ordering materials. We're confident it will enhance courses, help women get the most out of the course and ensure faciliator wellbeing is supported.
